Odd timing

With the local economy in the crapper , Quincy decides to spend more money we do not have .

We have the Hydro , OLC, and QPL bonds . We have raises and new water rates .

Now we have the Fire Department wanting new stuff .

Close to half of the WISH list of $1 million was spent on Spizzo

Bad timing and this will enrage an already pissed off population base .
