Bid Garbage out , let Area and Allied come with the best bid for the services . We would SAVE money on trash monkeys, fuel , trucks, dumping fees etc etc etc .............
Yes , I know this is the entry point of patronage jobs , yet hardly any other cities do their own garbage/ recycle .
