1. Pay someone to lobby Durbin ? That is silly !
2. Pay a group to sell the electric on something not built ? Real silly
3. To not disclose 1&2 in the fall ? That is unethical
I was with a ranking member of congress last weekend and he said our moral duty should be kill bad ideas and repeal bad laws .
I think he must have read about Quincy's Hydro mess
